Responsibilities

Create, implement, and refine departmental policies, procedures, and internal control systems
Direct all accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, payroll, reimbursement, and treasury functions
Lead revenue forecasting and estimation processes
Partner with internal departments to provide financial insights, training, and support
Oversee annual budgeting, multi-year financial planning, and capital budgeting
Maintain and enhance financial systems, tools, and reporting infrastructure
Coordinate and manage external and internal audit processes
Manage vendor relationships and ensure consistent, accurate data across platforms
Contribute to revenue cycle management and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives
Perform additional duties as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
CPA required
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and team leadership
Background in public accounting audit required
Experience with financial systems, cost management, accounts payable, and payroll platforms
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Preferred

Prior experience in nonprofit or healthcare environments preferred
Familiarity with multi‑source, complex funding structures is a plus
