Lead planning and coordination of clinical backload and EHR cutover activities
Manage cutover workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and task tracking
Coordinate across clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders
Support go-live readiness and command center activities
Identify risks, issues, and blockers and drive resolution
Maintain detailed documentation aligned to healthcare standards
Support limited on-site go-live activities (5–10 days total)
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of Project Management experience
Healthcare IT experience with EHR cutover, clinical backload, or go-live support
Strong planning, organization, and documentation skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Excellent communication skills across technical and clinical teams
Preferred
Epic or Cerner implementation experience
PMP certification
Experience supporting healthcare acquisitions or integrations
EHR Cutover: 3 years
