Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of projects
Manage important client relationships or oversee relationship management with a group of more transactional clients and customers
Identify and evaluate complex, expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs
Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals
Manage a portfolio of contracts and negotiate service-level agreements. Will also plan, coordinate, and supervise activities relating to major contracts

Required

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering or closely related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license in PA or ability to acquire it
10+ years of relevant water engineering experience
Knowledge of water regulations including wastewater treatment and conveyance, surface water treatment, lead and copper and disinfection byproduct rules, etc
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both within a team and independently
Willing and able to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed
