Responsibilities
Assist with factory operations and daily production support
Coordinate temporary staffing through local agencies
Work on process improvement and efficiency enhancement projects
Serve as the communication bridge between internal teams and external customers
Help deliver customer reports and countermeasure presentations
Support future automation and outsourcing efforts as we scale
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, Electrical preferred)
15 years of relevant experience (entry-level welcome!)
Strong communicator, organized, and problem-solving mindset
Bilingual in Korean and English (Required)
Willingness to grow with the company long-term
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
Preferred
Automotive or factory experience
Familiarity with high-speed press, robot automation, or production technology
Experience in cross-functional coordination
Interest in international business and global operations
