Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support via telephone, email, and fax to address both internal and external inquiries
Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of customer orders for spare parts and repairs, ensuring all details are correct and compliant before fulfillment
Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotes to customers, ensuring clarity and alignment with their requirements
Open, update, and maintain accurate account information to ensure data integrity and seamless customer service
Offer detailed updates and reliable timelines to support efficient parts order management
Initiate and execute required actions for order change requests, including updating order records, maintaining accurate information files, and communicating changes to relevant departments
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, Logistics, and Technical Support teams to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
Expedite resolution of customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction and maintain service excellence
Manage data input and filing processes with precision and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to resolve issues and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Office Suite; experienced in handling diverse computer applications simultaneously to optimize productivity
Professional demeanor required to represent the company effectively in all interactions
Must be available to work during Call Center operating hours (9AM to 6PM) and accommodate overtime when required
Preferred
Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration or related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in call center operations and customer support
Technical expertise and prior Oracle experience
