Responsibilities
Functional Leadership: Direct the SAP SD, LE, and WM functional streams across major implementation, rollout, and enhancement initiatives
PTD Process Design: Drive the end-to-end Plan-to-Deliver (PTD) process cycle, including design, configuration, rigorous testing, and deployment
Data Migration Ownership: Define and execute the comprehensive data migration strategy, covering mapping, validation, cleansing, loading, and reconciliation
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with MM, PP, FI, QM, and PM teams to ensure business solutions are fully integrated and cohesive
Stakeholder & Team Management: Lead requirement gathering workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide mentorship to functional consultants and development teams
Documentation & Quality: Deliver high-quality functional specifications and documentation that align strictly with business requirements
Project Lifecycle Mastery: Oversee UAT cycles, cutover planning, hypercare support, and proactive issue resolution
Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives for all SD/LE/WM processes
Qualification
Required
Experience Level: 8+ Years
Core Focus: Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management, and Data Migration
Deep Functional Expertise: Over 8 years of hands-on experience specifically within SAP SD, LE, and WM modules
Process Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in PTD (Plan-to-Deliver) functional workflows
Implementation Track Record: Successfully completed at least 3–4 end-to-end SAP implementations in a lead or senior capacity
Migration Toolset: Extensive experience using SAP migration tools such as LTMC, LSMW, BAPIs, IDOCs, or the SAP Migration Cockpit
Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of how SD/LE/WM integrates with MM, FI, and PP modules
Leadership Qualities: Ability to work independently while providing decisive leadership to cross-functional teams
Preferred
Modern ERP Exposure: Prior experience with S/4HANA implementations is highly preferred
