Qualification
Required
Basic level secretarial skills
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrates the ability to use a personal computer and various software programs applicable to the position
Demonstrates the ability to operate applicable office equipment
Exhibits the ability to deal effectively interdepartmentally & with the public
Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision
Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
Current and valid Oregon driver's license
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Customer service experience
Preferred
At least two years' experience in acute care hospital setting
Familiarity with Epic
Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant
Basic Medical Terminology
Experience with OR-OSHA regulations regarding record keeping and reporting
One year experience in a medical office setting
One year of secretarial science or equivalent
