Responsibilities
Provide personnel vetting subject matter expertise for compliance and oversight reviews
Review and provide recommendations on vetting policy alignment with current regulations and standards
Assist in providing updates or new suggestions of policy advisories and training areas based on personnel vetting reform, new regulations and directives, and compliance review outcomes
Apply principles, methods and knowledge of the functional area of capability to specific task order requirements, advanced personnel vetting principles and methods to exceptionally difficult and narrowly defined requirements regarding personnel vetting reforms, timelines, and metrics
Serve as a key point of contact for all questions and concerns regarding vetting processes
Collaborate with management to develop best practices for vetting operations
Assist in the implementation of new vetting technologies and tools
