Responsibilities
Enable end-to-end sales processes (contracts, billing, account management) to ensure compliance and data integrity, driving seamless execution
Build integrated sales dashboards and conduct multidimensional analyses (e.g., customer lifecycle, conversion rates) to identify risks and recommend efficiency optimizations
Implement tiered lifecycle strategies to drive renewals, win-back campaigns, and experience enhancements, boosting engagement and retention
Optimize support workflows by creating SOPs and delivering system training. Reduce operational exceptions through standardized practices
Monitor and mitigate risks (e.g., unauthorized reselling, pricing violations) via enhanced control systems. Enforce compliance to safeguard profitability and sustainable growth
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1+ year of experience working with 3PL warehousing operations
Extensive experience in supplier procurement, management, and assessment, excellent business negotiation skills and coordination abilities, and a clear understanding of market capacity conditions and pricing structures
Proven ability to work with internal teams such as sales, operations, warehouse, finance, and customer service to support account execution and issue resolution
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
