Responsibilities
Serve as Chief of Staff for the designated functional Head, overseeing collection, synthesis, and communication of relevant information to inform strategy and departmental priorities aligned to organizational goals
Responsible for questioning and advising the business to create the best possible outcome to complex issues or projects
Brings rigorous conceptual thinking, leveraging external intelligence and/or resources
Acts as a “generalist” across the organization, bringing projects, concepts, and strategic direction together to ensure optimal outcomes and outputs across functional areas
Qualification
Required
Education: Advanced Degree required (Master's, MD, MBA, PhD)
At least 15 years or experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Ability to lead executive-level discussions to influence complex business decisions
Preferred
Advanced degree is preferred (PhD, MD, or MBA)
Experience managing large projects within a complex matrixed organization as a consultant to a pharmaceutical organization, either as an external consultant or an internal cross-functional lead
Demonstrated ability to present data and metrics to executive leadership teams that will lead to better business outcomes
