Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning: Define and champion the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for our regulatory and financial reporting products, prioritizing reliability and precision to support millions of client accounts and maintain rigorous regulatory compliance
Drive roadmap execution: Oversee the implementation of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This includes managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and collaborating with engineering to deliver high-quality solutions
Customer and stakeholder engagement: Collaborate closely with customers and senior business leaders to understand their needs and identify product gaps. Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle
Cross-functional leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, legal, compliance, etc.) to develop and document detailed product requirements, leading products from conception to launch
Product documentation and communication: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including Annual Operating Plans, Product Charters, PR-FAQs, Narratives, and Specifications. Effectively communicate product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders
Performance ownership: Be accountable for the functional and financial success of RegTech products, monitoring key performance indicators and driving continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required
5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product-adjacent roles, with preference given to candidates with exposure to compliance and regulatory functions within financial services
Proven experience in market research, product requirement definition, and documentation
Demonstrated success in managing the full lifecycle of product development, ideally within a SaaS or cloud-based environment
Technical fluency: Ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams, grasp modern technology concepts, and contribute to informed product design decisions
Financial services acumen: Experience or a strong interest in the securities industry and regulatory landscape
Exceptional communication: Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Analytical proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with BI tools, Excel, SQL, and potentially Python or R
Agile mindset: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a preference for iterative product delivery
Decisive leadership: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority

Master's degree in business, finance, or technology preferred
