Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimating, and planning for single or multiple projects or work streams
Coordinate systems development for major applications, define project requirements including information and data needs, business analysis and programming
Coordinate all meetings and interface with business units, staff and service providers
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end while defining the project scope, goals and deliverables
Determine if external consultants or contractors should be added to the internal project and/or development team(s) to successfully complete the project
Daily Management and coordination of all technical and logistical aspects of a project including timelines, risks, risk mitigation strategies, action items and change requests
Conduct site surveys documenting existing architectural, network and power conditions in support of IDP development
Provide onsite Installation Design Plan (IDP) related technical support for installation teams
Develop IDPs using AutoCAD from site survey and CCMS documents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four (4) years of relevant project management experience
Experience with planning and developing project schedule
Experience with resource management
Experience with managing cost, schedule, and performance
US citizenship required and an Active Secret Security clearance required
Preferred
PMP Certification
Prior experience with Navy
Prior experience with Navy Continuous Training Environment program
Up to 25% travel required or as needed
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
