Responsibilities

Own service delivery from intake through remediation, validation, and closure
Run operational cadence including intake windows, sprint planning, and SLA reviews
Manage stakeholder communication, escalations, and dependency resolution
Ensure compliance with SDLC, release, and change governance
Lead team ramp-up, knowledge transfer, and capacity planning
Drive adoption of automation and AI accelerators to reduce cost and risk

Required

8–12+ years of engineering experience with 3–5+ years in delivery or people management
Strong background in managed services, remediation, or production engineering

Experience implementing AI or automation in delivery operations
