Responsibilities
Preparing program reports and financial documentation
Drawing conclusions and devising solutions to problems relating to financial management effectiveness work methods, financial systems and procedure efficiency
Developing and maintaining program budgets and other financial tracking documentation
Analyze Automated Budget Interactive Data Environment System (ABIDES) outputs received from USG and shall assist in preparing and maintaining living history with comparisons sheet between prior updates and the current position
Utilize the Integrated Budget Documentation and Execution System (IDECS) to assist in preparing and updating Procurement/RDT&E documents
Assist in ensuring Procurement/RDT&E documents are reconciled with ABIDES
Utilize Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) and Miscellaneous Obligation Reimbursement Document (MORD) policy and procedures to assist in completing monthly reviews of MIPRs and MORDs
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship is required
A High School Diploma plus 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, 8 of which must be in the DoD
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD
A Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD
Secret clearance is required on day one
