Responsibilities
Engaging with existing and potential customers
Putting together an accurate estimate and quote for home service projects
Selling a portfolio of services which may include wildlife exclusion, insulation, gutters, and general handyman repairs
Collaborating with technicians to sniff out more leads
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in general construction principles
High school diploma or work experience
A valid driver's license and a good driving record
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
Ability to work 40+ hours per week
Preferred
Experience selling services that can exceed $10K
Knowledge of residential, commercial, and remodeling construction and building techniques
