Distribution Center Analyst I

Responsibilities
Oversee inventory according to company guidelines, maintaining accurate records, cycle counts, and FIFO compliance; analyze aging and picking efficiency
Manage inbound and outbound operations in WMS/ERP across all warehouses, including truck appointments and dock schedules
Develop and implement SOPs, process improvements, and reports to maximize warehouse efficiency and cost control
Manage quality-related stock, stock rotation, and product discrepancies; support QA data logging
3PL Management: Oversee 3PL warehouses, including portal order/appointment input, daily inbound/outbound processing, and invoice verification
Import container management and coordination
Support contract management and rate negotiations with 3PL providers
Collaborate with SCM and DC leadership on operational analysis, KPI tracking, and implementation of SCM goals
Develop reports and improvement as assigned by the Director
Work closely with SCM on data analysis support and implementation of SCM goals
Qualification
Required
2+ years of supply chain or logistics experience, preferably including 3PL management, LTL, TL, and import/export operations
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and stock distribution
Experience with WMS/ERP systems for inbound/outbound processing, cycle counts, and truckload planning
Knowledge of 3PL operations, including order/appointment portal management, invoice verification, and contract/rate negotiation
Inventory analysis skills, including FIFO compliance, pick & pack optimization, and inventory aging analysis
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to develop reports, analyze KPIs, and support operational improvements
Excellent written and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong time and priority management, attention to detail, and reliability
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
