Responsibilities
Daily posting and reconciliation of customer check payments via remote deposit
Daily lockbox and elockbox check posting and reconciliation to customer information system
Daily reconciliation of credit card payments
Suspense account monitoring
Monthly payment of sales and use tax
Month end closing duties including account rec’s, bank rec’s and JE’s
Assist with new branch setup related to banking, establishing utilities, etc
Assist with accounts payable as needed
Qualification
Required
Strict attention to detail, highly organized and efficient
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including professional customer interactions
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous use of CRM and general ledger software (Quickbooks, Sage Intacct, etc.)
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
High School degree or equivalent
1-3 years' experience in an accounts receivable role
Experience posting electronic payments to customer accounts
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
