Daily maintenance of the surgery schedule
May also coordinate physician's surgical schedule
Provides oversight for medical inventory and supplies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of billing and/or general medical office experience in a health care organization
Knowledge of billing practices and ICD-9 and 10 CPT coding
Computer skills
Able to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment
Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment
Preferred
Medical Assistant certification, other advanced degree in a medical field of study
