Dynamic Services Integration Corporation (DSI) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist to support the U.S. Air Force Military & Family Readiness Center at Minot Air Force Base. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and provides accurate data entry and administrative support for the Transition Assistance Program and related services.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and answer telephone calls professionally

Route customers to appropriate staff and provide routine, non-technical information

Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records in Air Force systems (e.g., AFFIRST, TAP ACCESS)

Ensure required forms and Statements of Understanding (SOU) are completed

Prepare, proofread, and format basic correspondence and administrative documents

Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and track suspense dates

Maintain electronic and paper files in accordance with records management requirements

Support daily office operations and maintain a professional front desk presence

Qualification

Required

Experience in an administrative, clerical, front desk, or customer service role

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to follow established procedures and handle sensitive information

Ability to work independently and interact professionally with the public

Ability to pass a background check and obtain access to Minot Air Force Base

Preferred

Prior experience in a military, federal, or government office environment

Familiarity with Air Force terminology or customer support programs

Experience with data entry or records management systems
