Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the roadmap for network cost modeling tools, processes, and methodologies
Be the subject matter expert and owner of network cost modeling methodology for all GGI network domains
Make or facilitate key technical decisions in network costs and pricing methodologies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with architectural and financial principles
Collaborate with Cost and Pricing, Finance, Planning, Supply Chain, Global Network Technologies (GNT) to ensure data quality and accuracy for network cost modeling
Own and maintain cost source of truth (SOT) for GGI networking, including insights for quarterly business review (QBR), unit cost analytics enabling critical insights for GGI teams to drive efficiency and manage escalations requiring cost modeling and cost reductions expertise

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management
Experience with financial modeling
Experience building cost models and performing engaged analysis

Preferred

8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in network optimization, capacity planning
