Business Development Manager
Socially Loud is seeking a Business Development Manager to help grow their restaurant and catering partnerships. The role focuses on building relationships and closing deals with food brands, and requires strong communication skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and secure new restaurant and catering partnerships
Pitch Socially Loud’s marketing, experiential, and growth services
Build relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers
Set meetings and hand off qualified leads to the closing team (or close if aligned)
Track outreach and deals through HubSpot or CRM
Represent Socially Loud with confidence, clarity, and heart
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development, sales, hospitality, or food brands
Strong communicator who can sell without sounding 'salesy'
Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building
Self-motivated and organized
Understands restaurants, catering, and local markets
Preferred
Bonus if you've worked with restaurants, chefs, food brands, or hospitality groups
