Responsibilities

Program CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision parts
Display and manipulate part images to create proper tool paths
Read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and manufacturing instructions
Adjust programs and offsets to achieve final dimensions
Monitor machine operations, inspect finished parts, and document measurements
Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area
Train or provide general instruction to others and occasionally direct work

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal fabrication
Hands-on experience with CNC programming, setup, and operation of mills and/or lathes
Strong blueprint reading and applied math skills
High attention to detail with solid problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
High School diploma or GED
