Responsibilities
Develop and execute a localized marketing plan to hit budgeted growth targets
Build and maintain high-level referral relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and clinic directors
Represent the agency as a brand ambassador at local community and networking events
Full P&L responsibility: Monitor "Weekly Vitals," KPIs, and financial statements
Manage operational costs, including A/R, client billing, and payroll (overtime) optimization
Ensure 100% compliance with state (AHCA) and federal regulations
Manage a team of administrative office staff and a large pool of caregivers
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—hiring, onboarding, and retention
Foster a professional, respectful work environment that "Elevates the Human Spirit."
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of leadership in Home Care, Assisted Living, or a high-volume Healthcare setting
Proven track record of building professional referral networks (Clinics, Hospitals, SNFs)
Experience with scheduling/CRM software (e.g., WellSky/ClearCare) and Microsoft Office
High emotional intelligence, calm under pressure, and a passion for serving the vulnerable population
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
