Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication strategies and messages aligned with business objectives and dealer sales goals
Create messaging that informs, engages, and motivates internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity across the organization
Manage dealer-facing communications, including announcements, campaigns, and updates that drive engagement and sales performance. Maintain distribution lists, allowing for targeted communication
Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure all communications reflect brand standards and reinforce the dealer business unit’s value proposition
Oversee creation of high-quality content for multiple channels (email, web, social, presentations, events), both for internal and external audiences
Partner with sales, marketing, corporate communications, brand managers, product management and leadership teams to deliver timely, relevant, and impactful messaging
Track communication effectiveness and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in marketing, communications or business
10+ years of professional communications experience is required
Preferred
Experience selling or marketing consumer products to individual business owners is preferred
