Responsibilities
Provide litigation support from case inception through trial and resolution
Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and subpoenas
Manage deadlines, calendars, and court filings (state and federal)
Assist with discovery responses, document production, and organization
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
Maintain case files and manage documents using electronic filing systems
Support trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
Qualification
Required
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court rules
Experience with e-filing in California state and/or federal courts
Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office (or similar platforms)
Paralegal certificate
