be.well Program Management Coordinator
Cincinnati Children's is a leading children's hospital committed to improving children's health. They are seeking a Program Management Coordinator for the be.well program, responsible for managing and coordinating wellness services for children with chronic medical needs, as well as providing direct aquatic wellness services.

Responsibilities
Globally responsible for the management and coordination of be.well services for OT/PT
Providing direct aquatic wellness services
Working closely with the be.well and aquatic leads as well as with the supervisor
Attending the wellness series and 'try it' days coordinating with be.well leads and program champions
Managing multiple demands with autonomy
Learning and mastering various platforms/databases such as One Drive, Asana, Active, and Teams
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of related previous work experience
Strong skills with interpersonal communication and customer service
Demonstrate ability to or willing to learn how to manage patients with challenging behaviors
Ability to safely physically handle patients
Highly organized and able to work with a team
Must obtain certification and training in the following areas within the first year of hire: Swim Angelfish, Water Safety Instruction, Adapted Aquatics Certification
