Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using MongoDB with Node.js, Java, and Python
Perform query optimization, profiling, and performance tuning to ensure efficient database operations
Manage core database functions such as replication, sharding, backup, restore, and transaction handling
Utilize MongoDB Aggregation Framework to build complex data processing pipelines and analytics queries
Monitor database health and performance using MongoDB Ops Manager and MongoDB Atlas tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
6–8 years of professional experience working with MongoDB and backend development
Strong hands‑on expertise in MongoDB schema design, indexing, and performance tuning
Proven experience in building backend services using Node.js, Java, or Python with deep proficiency in MongoDB operations and optimization
