Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models and analyses to support weekly and monthly financial reporting
Analyze key financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business drivers, and support financial planning efforts
Prepare regular financial reports and summaries
Support preparation and analysis of financial statements
Contribute to ad hoc analyses and special projects
Use tools such as Excel along with systems like Snowflake, Power BI, Planful, and Mode Analytics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A
Strong Excel skills (SQL experience is a plus!)
Working knowledge of accounting principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate data into insights
Effective communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Collaborative mindset
Preferred
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or operational reporting
