Responsibilities
Reconcile accounts receivable data between two systems, including detailed invoice and payment data versus summarized balances
Identify, analyze, and document discrepancies between datasets
Use Excel to compare large datasets and support reconciliation efforts
Apply formulas and tools such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIF, IF/THEN logic, and other methods to analyze data
Clearly communicate findings and reconciliation results to accounting and finance stakeholders
Support timely and accurate completion of the reconciliation project
Qualification
Required
Advanced Excel skills are required, including experience with: XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, SUMIF / COUNTIF, IF/THEN logic and other data comparison formulas
Experience working with large datasets and reconciling data between systems
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a short-term, project-based role
Self-starter with an eager, can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly
Ability to focus and remain productive in a loud or busy work environment
Preferred
Background in accounting or finance
Experience with accounts receivable data (invoices, payments, customer balances)
Prior experience in a temporary, project-based, or contract role
