Responsibilities

Establish and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders such as Principals, TPOs, and Heads of Institutions across colleges and universities
Represent the organization at regional academic forums, events, and institutional meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility
Drive high-level engagement initiatives and collaborations to expand institutional partnerships
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize revenue and student placement opportunities
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by conducting in-depth market research and competitor analysis
Drive business negotiations and finalize agreements with key institutional partners
Ensure that client needs are effectively addressed through the Customer Relations Managers, providing escalated support when required
Promote long-term institutional partnerships by offering tailored solutions, ensuring trust, and consistently delivering value
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Customer Relations Managers across the assigned region to achieve sales and placement targets
Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching, training, and motivation to ensure high productivity and service standards
Foster a collaborative and goal-driven environment within the team
Track regional sales performance, market developments, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations
Stay updated on higher education industry trends, placement practices, and recruitment patterns to adapt strategies effectively
Encourage knowledge-sharing and skill enhancement within the team

Required

Bachelor's / Master's Degree
Proven experience (8+ years) in Sales/Business Development, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role, preferably in the education, training, or staffing sector
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Flexibility to travel extensively across the region as this role requires frequent travel
