InternUSANA Health Sciences is seeking a dynamic and motivated college student to join our human resources team as a summer intern. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience with employee relations, HR administration, and support various HR projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities
Aid in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns
Support HR investigations as directed, maintaining strict confidentiality and sensitivity
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and communications
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled or have immediately graduated from a college or university in a degree program related to human resources
Must be in good academic standing
Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete projects under deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
Preferred
Prior HR internship or experience
Internship will run May through mid-August, in conjunction with summer term
