The role involves designing, building, and implementing solutions to manage enterprise master data, ensuring data quality and governance while leading technical efforts.

Responsibilities
Architecting end-to-end Reltio MDM solutions, including data models, integration strategies, and security
Working with development teams (onshore/offshore), providing technical leadership, guidance, and ensuring solution quality
Gathering requirements, translating them into technical designs, and ensuring alignment with business goals
Configuring core Reltio features (match rules, survivorship, roles, graph, etc.) and custom extensions (jars)
Working with the Data Governance team to define and implement data quality rules, governance policies, and data stewardship processes
Designing and managing data ingestion and flow using Reltio APIs (SIF, SOAP/REST) with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and internal systems
Optimizing Reltio for performance, scalability, and troubleshooting issues
Keeping up to date on Reltio and new releases and innovations. Determine applicability to our solution
Qualification
Required
Hands-on with the Reltio platform experience (data modeling, match/merge, APIs) for at least 5 years
Strong understanding of MDM, data modeling, data quality, and data governance
Understand Integration technologies, Reltio Connectors, APIs, and Integration Hub (RIH)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake), cloud deployment knowledge and big data environments
Strong business-facing, communication, and technical leadership skills
Familiarity with data privacy (PHI, PII) and security regulations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Domain knowledge (e.g., Insurance desirable)
Java, Python, or other scripting/programming skills for customizations
