Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve company-wide safety policies, procedures, and programs
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulatory agencies
Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all sites
Track, analyze, and report safety metrics
Design and deliver safety training programs for employees, supervisors, and leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and audits
Promote a proactive, behavior-based safety culture throughout the organization
Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive experience in safety management
OSHA 500 Certification required
Previous leadership experience required
Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
