IT Helpdesk ticket support
Onboarding of new employees
Manage Poly VTC Systems
Assisting with new system implementation
System troubleshooting
Helping to configure, manage and maintain Linux and Windows servers
Assist with IT projects and upgrades, including planning and project rollout support
Becoming familiar with IT security and data protection
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship Required
Working towards a BS or BA degree in Computer Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related subject
Familiarity with MacOS X, Linux and Windows Operating Systems
Understanding of Networks
Experience working with virtual machines and containers
Experience with shell scripting on *nix systems
