Responsibilities
Providing individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including administration of vaccines, long acting HIV treatments, diabetes monitoring, nicotine reduction programs and other subject matters, in collaboration with other AHF Providers
Enhancing the reputation of AHF by providing valuable contributions to all locations by helping to bring best practice and collaborative ideas, as well as providing consistent application of processes, procedures and policy throughout the organization
Being a passionate advocate for AHF's top initiatives
Ensuring that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do
Adapting in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for clients and workplace for employees
Accountability to multiple leaders in a collaborative organizational structure
Qualification
Required
Pharmacist license
Experience in providing individualized health promotion and disease prevention
Ability to administer vaccines
Knowledge of long acting HIV treatments
Experience in diabetes monitoring
Experience in nicotine reduction programs
Ability to collaborate with other AHF Providers
Commitment to AHF Core Values and Mission
Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative organizational structure
