Qualification
Required
Three years PBX Operator, communications, or customer service experience in a healthcare setting
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
Must be able to work under stress and be emotionally capable of coping with complex and/or changing conditions
Requires the ability to prioritize, problem solve, make sound decisions, and work on a team
