Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of large-scale data annotation programs, from scoping through delivery and post-mortems
Partner with AI Research, ML, and Product teams to define data requirements, success metrics, and annotation guidelines
Manage external annotation vendors and internal labeling teams, including SLAs, quality benchmarks, cost, and throughput
Design and implement data quality frameworks, QC pipelines, and feedback loops
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve annotation tooling, automation, and data pipelines
Track and report KPIs across cost, quality, speed, and volume
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management / Operations in AI, ML, or data-centric environments
Strong understanding of ML workflows, data pipelines, and annotation lifecycles
Hands-on experience managing large-scale data labeling programs and third-party vendors
Advanced SQL skills with experience building analytics, dashboards, and forecasts
