Responsibilities
Building and leading a high performance team with data engineers, ML engineers and data architect's, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Manages large-scale, real-time/batch data ingestion and stream processing pipelines
Building a self-service Machine Learning platform for building, training and seamlessly deploying features and models into production with good monitoring in a few clicks with high throughput and low latency
Leading the continuous revolution of master data management
Partner with data science teams, analyst teams, product and engineering teams to scale the impact from data and AI
Own the team’s outcome, Obsess over talents, lead with clarity and context, and know your craft
Qualification
Required
B.S. CS, Mathematical, EE, Data Science or related
3+ years of experience in building ML Platform
5+ years of experience in building large-scale distributed software systems
3+ years of experience in building Data Platform
2+ years management experience
Preferred
B.S./M.S./PHD CS, Mathematical, EE, Data Science or related
5+ years' experience in building ML Platform
8 years of experience in building large-scale distributed software systems
5+ years of experience in building Data Platform
5+ years management experience
