Communicating with a wide variety of individuals, including CEOs, claimants, providers offices, and attorneys
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster
License/state experience in the Southeast states
Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software
