Responsibilities
Analyze the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives through ongoing monitoring and communication with Field Operations and Supply Chain Teams
Assess and analyze operational statistics and financial results regarding route service costs and make recommendations that result in operational cost savings
Assist local DC Management with route plan performance and provide expertise and guidance within assigned Distribution Centers
Collaborate with Field Operations to support ongoing Descartes routing software training and best practices
Create and implement SOPs and audits as part of ATD Operations Model strategy
Facilitate value stream mapping to identify key opportunities to eliminate waste and improve performance
Provide ongoing support and consultation to Sales, General Managers, Regional Supply Chain Directors, VP – Ops, and Supply Chain leadership
Provide project support on various initiatives, analysis, and supply chain network projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School or GED degree required
Preferred
2 years of related experience preferred
