The Client Partner role involves managing strategic accounts, originating new client relationships, and leading consultative discovery to drive complex, outcome-oriented engagements in enterprise and mid-market organizations.

Responsibilities

Own and execute an account and growth strategy that drives new consulting engagements and long-term client value
Originate and convert opportunities within mid-market and enterprise organizations requiring customized AI, integration, and operational solutions
Lead consultative discovery with business and technical stakeholders to define problems, shape solution approaches, and align on measurable outcomes
Develop and present proposals that clearly articulate scope, delivery approach, timelines, commercial structure, and business impact
Grow and retain existing accounts through expansion, renewals, and follow-on work, maintaining accountability for relationship health and delivery alignment
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and account plans, with a focus on revenue quality and sustainable growth
Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams on solution positioning, use cases, and go-to-market messaging
Represent the firm at industry events, partner forums, and executive-level networking opportunities
Contribute to the development of a scalable client partner and sales framework as the organization grows

Required

5+ years of experience selling technology services, consulting, systems integration, or custom software solutions, ideally in complex or ambiguous environments
Demonstrated success selling project-based or managed technical services, not solely standardized SaaS products
Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, including COO, CIO/IT, and CFO stakeholders
Ability to run consultative discovery, develop business cases, and translate client needs into clearly scoped technical solutions
Skilled in pipeline development, forecasting, and multi-stakeholder deal cycles
Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand AI concepts, data workflows, integrations, and delivery tradeoffs
Experience managing pipeline and accounts using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Preferred

Background at a technology consulting firm, digital product studio, systems integrator, or boutique services firm such as firms like Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, Cognizant, or Slalom
Experience selling or delivering digital transformation, AI-enabled automation, or managed technical implementations
Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with marketing automation tools
