Front Desk Per Diem
Erickson Senior Living is a leading provider of senior living and health care, and they are seeking a Communications Specialist (Front Desk) to serve as the first point of contact for residents, family members, and candidates. The role involves greeting and directing individuals, managing resident information, and assisting with local transportation scheduling.

Responsibilities
Greet and direct our residents, visitors, and staff, handle questions and concerns efficiently
Manage resident’s list, alphabetically and by resident apartment
Assist with maintaining accurate census information, deaths, new residents, etc., and keeping an accurate list of residents who are away and returning
Responsible for logging all resident packages and notifying residents of a package pick-up via notice, assuring all mail is dispatched through U.S. Mail at the end of each day, sort and distributes office mail & packages
Assist residents with scheduling local transportation with our on-site drivers
Qualification
Required
Receptionist experience is required
Excellent verbal skills
Ability to multi-task
Customer Service experience is required
Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English is required
Must be proficient is Excel
