Responsibilities

Advise on general and specific outcomes and updates to QA efforts, processes and associated metrics
Provide feedback and recommendations for quality improvement
Provide feedback and recommendations for learning support and resources aligned with emerging needs / gaps
Either directly or through team, provide coaching and feedback to support and sustain high quality outcomes
Hire, develop and maintain a team that can manage complex and simultaneous projects and initiatives
Develop, execute, and document comprehensive Quality verification processes tailored to various Consulting solutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA practices, documentation standards, and testing methodologies
Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality issues, risks, and project status

Required

Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance once hired
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to focus areas
8+ years of experience relevant to this position including 4+ years of consulting experience and 2+ years of project management leadership experience
Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulatory compliance
Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Ability to travel up to 20%
Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Ability to work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Ability to perform stated job duties and other related responsibilities as assigned

Preferred

Prefer Federal EMR Deployment experience and Graduate Business or Technology degree
Management experience including project, people, customer, financial management preferred
Experience standing up a new team with new responsibilities and building appropriate KPIs preferred
Familiarity with EMR implementation processes and clinical workflows in multiple specialties (e.g., cardiology, oncology, pediatrics, etc.)

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
