Director of Operations & Client Services
Flagship Asset Services is a purpose-driven, relationship-centered wealth management firm. They are seeking a Director of Operations & Client Services to create structure, maintain momentum, and ensure every client interaction reflects professionalism and excellence.
Responsibilities
Welcome clients and maintain a warm, professional environment
Manage mail, check deposits, and daily administrative workflows
Maintain the advisor’s Ideal Calendar and coordinate all meetings and reviews
Support CRM workflows: forms, account updates, tracking
Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and the Firm Handbook
Report on Moments of Truth and uphold client experience standards
Support execution of the client service calendar
Prepare, stage, and schedule client meetings
Assist with multi‑phase projects and service initiatives
Identify operational improvements and implement efficiency‑boosting systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years in senior administrative, operations, or office management roles
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
High integrity, discretion, and professional accountability
Comfortable working at a desk and computer for extended periods
A desire to learn and grow
Preferred
Financial services experience helpful but not required (training provided)
