Drug Development Project Manager

Responsibilities
Drive cross-functional planning and execution for assigned assets and indications
Maintain integrated program plans in enterprise planning tools (e.g., ePlan) and detailed stage-specific timelines (MS Project/Planner)
Track milestones, manage interdependencies, and lead risk identification and mitigation
Support budget and resource tracking and escalate risks or constraints as needed
Prepare materials for governance and leadership reviews
Act as a PM subject matter expert within Global Program Teams, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders
Qualification
Required
8+ years of drug development project or program management experience
Experience supporting immunology and/or cardiovascular development programs
Strong understanding of clinical development workflows and global regulatory milestones
Proven ability to lead matrixed teams and manage complex interdependencies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
