Human Resources Operations Intern
Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading global software company focused on computer aided design and 3D modeling. They are seeking an HR Talent Acquisition focused student to work with the HR Talent Acquisition Team, developing and running recruitment processes and procedures.

Responsibilities
Support the short- and long-term transition plans for the Human Resources Operations team supporting operational systems, tools and processes across the organization which support the overall transition and standup activity
Assist our University Relations Team with our Summer and Fall interns
Execute project plans and acquire data to support recruitment activities
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or Graduate student
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to come into the Milford, Ohio office at least once every 2 weeks
Completing a degree in Human Resources or related field
Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required
