Business Development Manager

Responsible for managing local distributor, integrator and end-user; develop partners and promote products
Achieve regional sales targets and process KPI
Manage client resources within the territory, conduct routine client visits and review the performance, handle customer complaints, and enhance satisfaction levels
Attend exhibitions and workshop as required, gather client and market intelligence, and provide regular report
Complete report require by the department and client information
Undertake duties as assigned by manager
Qualification
Required
Background in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or related major
1+ year's experience in automation or robotics, with preference given to candidates on robotics sales experience
Possesses strong interpersonal skills, capable of swiftly and clearly understanding client requirements, responding promptly to needs, and independently developing, maintaining, and managing key accounts; proficient in independent contract negotiation and execution
Demonstrate strong willpower, robust execution capabilities, and a passionate, challenge-seeking approach to work
Proficient in the local language for communication
