Start in 2026 SummerSiemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for Global Events. The role involves managing day-to-day operations of the events marketing team, including logistics, communications, and digital aspects of various event types.

Responsibilities
Assist team leader in day-to-day management of team
Manage teamwork and assigned event logistic tasks
Create presentation/content in PowerPoint to be shared with global events team
Data collection, input, and management for event portfolio planning process
Collaborate with communications operations manager writing and providing input to communications plans for promoting events
Coordinate with sponsorship and incentive program manager to support the needs of event sponsors
Assist Event Strategist and Digital Strategist where necessary
Research event trends and contribute to event strategies
Qualification
Required
Project management/time management
Planning and logistics experience
Must be a self-starter who is curious
Experience and competence with PowerPoint, Excel, AI, as well as other project management tools
Preferred
Degree in engineering, marketing, communications, hospitality, Event management or business management
