Scrunch is a venture-backed startup focused on guiding brands into an AI-first future. They are looking for an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for various roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruiting for non-technical (Sales, Marketing, Operations) and technical (Engineering, Product) roles
Source, screen, and manage pipelines across multiple open roles simultaneously
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes
Drive candidates through interview loops efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide clear, regular hiring updates to stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Confidently close candidates through offer stage, addressing objections and competing offers
Deliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience from first outreach through signed offer
Qualification
Required
5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in startups or fast-growing tech companies
Proven success recruiting for GTM (Sales/Marketing) and Software Engineering roles
Strong track record of closing candidates in competitive technical and sales markets
Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple high-priority searches
Strong communication skills and confidence representing the company to senior candidates
Preferred
Experience using AI and modern recruiting tools to increase speed, efficiency, and consistency in hiring
Comfortable experimenting with new technologies to improve sourcing quality, outreach personalization, and process efficiency
Strong operational mindset with an interest in continuously improving recruiting workflows
