Responsibilities
Utilize SAS or Python to analyze data for a variety of business problems
Develop propensity model (logistic regression/XGB) to help drive business and revenue growth
Generate meaningful insights using data gathered from multiple sources
Support Senior Data Scientist to develop AI Agent to further improve the workflow and productivity
Create engaging Story to communicate the findings/results effectively
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a STEM degree program (1st year MS Degree OR 3rd year in BA/BS Degree)
Course works in Statistics such as Statistical Theory, Statistical Methods, Multi-variate Analysis, Linear Model, and Logistic Regression Model
SAS and/or Python Scikit-Learn Library knowledge
Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required
Preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of basic to intermediate SAS Programming skill
Knowledge of running regression in SAS environment (PC, SAS Studio or Enterprise Guide)
Knowledge of integrating data for analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills
